Two Pumps, Two Jobs — Travel and Blade
A bulldozer's hydraulics split cleanly into two systems: the closed-circuit A4VG pump that drives the tracks, and the open-circuit A11VO pump that lifts, tilts and angles the blade. Both are Rexroth staples across construction equipment. PumpGrid refurbishes either — or both — with the correct testing for the circuit type.
Rexroth's A4VG is a closed-circuit axial piston pump rated up to 400 bar, purpose-built as the power element of hydrostatic transmission — exactly what a bulldozer's track drive needs for smooth, precise directional control. The A11VO handles the separate open-circuit job of powering the blade and any ripper attachment. Because they serve different circuits, a fault in one rarely means the other needs attention too — which is why correct diagnosis before ordering matters.
WhatsApp us a short video of the symptom and we'll help confirm which pump before you order.
Full disassembly. Piston and slipper wear measured against Rexroth tolerance up to 400 bar peak rating. Integral charge pump inspected. Swashplate control (mechanical, hydraulic or electro-hydraulic depending on variant) tested for smooth response.
Radial/axial piston assembly measured. Valve plate flatness checked. Displacement control tested to confirm accurate blade response across the full range, from fine grading to full-power dozing.
Each unit is bench tested to its correct circuit type — closed-loop for A4VG, open-loop for A11VO — with pressure and flow recorded on a written test report before dispatch.
Bulldozer-class A4VG and A11VO units are less commonly stocked in India than excavator-class equivalents. PumpGrid keeps refurbished units ready to dispatch in 2-3 working days.
Bulldozer hydraulic components carry a premium given their size and pressure rating — a refurbished unit typically saves 40-60% against new OEM import pricing.
Bulldozers are frequently deployed on mining and large infrastructure sites with strict maintenance-record requirements. Our written test report meets that need.
3-month minimum warranty on every unit, with replacement rather than repair for any refurbishment defect.
If travel and blade functions are affected differently, tell us which — it helps confirm which pump needs replacing before you order.
